Soft Pastel Care
Soft pastels are beautiful! Layers of pigment on sanded or colored paper makes for a unique and radiant piece of art. Here are my top tips for making sure your new piece lasts for generations:
If your painting is not framed yet, have it framed by a professional framer as soon as possible. The painting will need to be matted so that it does not touch the glass. I recommend using UV or Museum glass in the frame for optimal clarity.
Your painting will ship with a glassine sheet over the top of it. This is to prevent smearing of the pastels. Leave this sheet in place until you are ready to frame the piece.
Avoid touching the surface of the pastel painting, as pastels can smear.
Once framed, hang your painting out of direct sunlight to avoid fading.
Keep your painting away from moisture. (Don't hang it in the bathroom.)
Avoid placing anything on top of the painting as it may cause smearing.

Quilt Care
One-of-a-kind quilts just make my heart happy and add an instant coziness to any home. With a little TLC, your new quilt will become a cherished heirloom for your family. Here's how to take care of it.
Machine wash with cold water on a gentle cycle. Use color catchers for quilts with saturated colors. For longevity, I recommend washing your quilt 1 to 2 times per year, maximum. Spot clean as needed.
Tumble Dry on low or no heat. Remove promptly from the dryer when finished. You can let it air dry instead if desired.
Maintain your quilt by storing it away from direct sunlight to avoid fading, trim stray threads with scissors.
Snuggle your quilt often!

Where do you ship to?
I currently only ship within the U.S. However, if international interest grows, I will happily look into expanding my shipping options.
How long does shipping take?
Once your order is received, items will typically ship within 5 business days. If there is any delay, I will let you know.
How do I track my order?
Tracking information will be sent to you via email once items have shipped.
Returns
Returns are not currently accepted and all purchases are final at time of checkout.
That said, if you experience any issues, please reach out and I will do my best to resolve them.
